“I severely injured my lower back over 20 years ago with herniated discs at L3-L4 / L4-L5 and herniated cervical discs at C5-C6 and C6-C7. I have undergone every imaginable treatment including physical therapy, chiropractic, epidural injections, massage therapy, and trigger shots.
